tomorrow's easter day, but this afternoon we're going to fred's sister's house for a påskafton (easter eve) celebration. she said only to "bring a smile", but when i found this recipe on martha stewart's site this morning and THEN discovered that i had pretty much everything i needed (including 3 very ripe bananas!), i couldn't resist. and besides, when is NOT a good time to bake cupcakes?
happy day to all from the warmest uppsala day we've had this spring! (20 degrees celsius/68 fahrenheit!)
